At
Bayswater Village we have various special events where the residents
are entertained and spoilt. Birthday Parties, Bingo, Cards and Games
provides great fun and entertainment for all. Exercise is essential
to all and the residents have great fun in keeping fit. Knitter Natter
is a special time when the Ladies do some constructive knitting while
chatting – they have various projects they knit for . Our bi-monthly
shopping trips with the Minibus to Pick ‘n Pay & Checkers
are a great outing. The Hairdresser & Manicures are essential .
On a more serious note Devotions, Bible Study and Church Services provide
the necessary inspiration so vital to us all.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Spring Day at Bayswater Village was a very special occasion - The Little Beehive Playgroup entertained our residents with songs and brought flowers for each resident.
BINGO, CARDS & GAMES
Bingo is held on certain Wednesday mornings and Cards & Games every Thursday and Friday after Lunch.
EXERCISES
Exercises are held in the Conference Centre. This is a vital part of each resident’s well being. The residents keep fit while having fun.
KNIT & NATTER
These talanted ladies are always busy with various projects at knitter natter – at present they are knitting squares to make up blankets for Lebone House.
MANICURES
Students from Damelin come to Bayswater Village to do manicures and facials for the ladies.
CHURCH SERVICES
We have Devotions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:30. Bible Studies are conducted on a weekly basis by the various denominations and Methodist and NG Church Services are held weekly at Bayswater Village.
SHOPPING TRIPS
Our minibus takes the residents of Bayswater Village shopping at Northridge Mall Pick ‘n Pay and Checkers twice a month.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
August Birthday Party
The residents were spoilt with lovely tea and cake for those who celebrated a birthday during August. "Die Tranetrekkers" put on a great performance for the residents. The ladies wore beautiful hats to celebrate the start of Spring. "Miss Poland" entered with her extraordinary hat and handed out prizes for the various hats ranging from the most Unusual, the most Economical to the hat with the most Beautiful Spring Flowers.
